*New clients only. Applies to a 1-year PM contract minimum. Applies to vacant properties only, reduced fee for occupied properties ($450). Minimum rental amount of $1,800 (<$1,800 = $400 referral). All referrals are paid upon signing & execution of a qualified property management agreement.
Agents can earn $750 per unit on rental portfolios up to 4 properties. Please contact us for commissions on rental portfolio referrals over 4 units.
